The Tax Return Process

Sanders Thaler Viola & Katz, LLP would like to inform everyone that preparation of client tax returns is underway and that we have implemented a comprehensive process for our clients.

• Client information is received by the managing partner of the engagement.
• The partner reviews the materials that have been received and assigns to the tax professional for preparation.
• Our electronic tracking system is updated to ensure timely preparation and filing of the tax return.
• The tax professional converts all tax documents to electronic paperless format.
• The tax return is completed and forwarded to the partner for final review and approval.
• The client's tax return is assigned to the administrative staff with specific collation and filing instructions.
• An electronic copy is created and saved to the client's permanent file on our server.
• An encrypted PDF is uploaded to the client portal for the client's future use.
• A CD is created for the client's personal records and mailed to the client, along with an original hard copy of the client's submitted documents.
